HEKAMIOUTDOOR deployed a targeted mobile Out-of-Home (MOOH) campaign using one advertising trailer, engaging 24-hour traffic in and out of Windhoek. The mobile billboard was designed to be eye-catching, concise, and informative, incorporating a call-to-action that encouraged commuters to “Buy Prepaid Electricity Anytime, Anywhere” using NETVEND.
