The initiative formed part of the broader #KickCovidOutOfNamibia effort to drive vaccination uptake across the country.

Executive Strategy
Seven (7) mobile billboards were deployed across key national roadblocks and border posts, locations chosen for their:
• High dwell times
• Constant traffic flow
• Critical interface with travellers and transporters

These placements allowed the campaign to reach large and mobile segments of the population with clear and impactful public health messaging.

Impact & Value
The mobile billboard campaign:
• Amplified visibility of the national COVID-19 vaccination drive
• Supported the Ministry’s goal to vaccinate 75% of the population
• Encouraged behavioural change and public action in real-time

HEKAMIOUTDOOR’s strategic media deployment ensured the success of this urgent national health campaign, proving the agility and power of mobile OOH media in addressing time-sensitive public issues.
