December 2023 – the Roads Authority, focused on road safety in Namibia, collaborated with HEKAMI OUTDOOR for a targeted Out of Home (OOH) campaign aimed at domestic travellers. Strategically positioned at key national roadblocks, the campaign effectively engages travellers during high dwell-time police check points, ensuring maximum visibility and impact. This targeted approach capitalizes on the continuous movement of domestic travellers, delivering a consistent message of “Respect Road Safety Rules – Slow Down, Save Lives.” The selected sites offer a canvas for increased awareness and recognition, showcasing Roads Authority’s commitment to road safety. The campaign’s success lies in its ability to directly and effectively engage with a specific audience, emphasizing the effectiveness of targeted Out of Home advertising.
